Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Keynou website (the "Service") operated by Keynou ("us", "we", or "our").

Keynou provides online file conversion, compression, and utility tools. By using our services, you agree to:

4. User Content & DMCA

Our Service allows you to upload, convert, and compress files ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant Keynou a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All file processing is performed client-side in your browser. We do not store, retain, or access your uploaded files on our servers. Files are automatically removed from your browser session upon completion.

DMCA Copyright Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our Service, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@keynou.com containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury

5. Advertisements

Our Service is supported by advertising revenue. We use Google AdSense and other advertising networks to display advertisements. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• We display third-party advertisements
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these advertisements
• Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser

In no event shall Keynou, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in file conversions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keynou and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the EEA and UK, mandatory consumer protection laws and GDPR rights apply regardless of this governing law clause.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
